Testimonials
"LaMonica's talents extend beyond the excellent reporting she does. I've had the privilege of moderating a panel she participated in, and she was candid and insightful.
She was incredibly easy to work with and offered her unique perspective to an audience of journalists who were looking to understand how they can better cover public safety.
I look forward to working with her again in the future and sitting in future audiences that she is presenting to."
- Abene Clayton, LA Reporters Collective
"I've known LaMonica for over a decade and knew she would be the best fit for this presentation and discussion.
LaMonica, alongside her panelists, offered helpful tips, tools and verification protocols for social media and other videos circulating on the internet.
This is extremely helpful in an age where AI is getting harder and harder to detect, as well as misinformation.
LaMonica did an outstanding job helping showcase AI generated content vs what's real and explained why the expertise and knowledge of a human being and journalist is still vital in this age of social media content.
